  1. I happened to sit next to Warren at a concert at Oklahoma Christian University a few years ago. Come to find out we grew up in the same hometown of Shattuck, Oklahoma. It gave us an instant connection. I found Warren to be an extremely smart and fascinating gentleman even though he was advancing in years. We enjoyed “belting out ” the Star Spangled Banner together much to the displeasure of people around us. “If they don’t like it they don’t have to listen!” he said. He seemed to be the type of person that led a full life. May he rest in peace.

Warren had Wit, Wisdom and Warmth. He was a good example and a friend. He will be missed. I will “try” to take his place.
