Zachary Jordan Seresinhe
1995 – 2024
Zachary Jordan Seresinhe, 28, of Oklahoma City Oklahoma, passed away on February 16, 2024, at his home.
Zachary was born on April 11, 1995, in Regina, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his parents, Gwen and Scott Batchelor, Shadrach and Radhini Seresinhe, his siblings Randy, Isabel, Sophia, Olivia, Priscilla, and Faith, as well as his grandparents Ronald and Charlene Brad, Kanthie Seresinhe.
Zachary pursued his higher education at Arkansas Tech University. He was an active member of Sinfonia and enjoyed being part of a fraternity. He had a passion for music, and loved playing the piano and singing. He started taking lessons when he was 6, and took lessons all the way through college. Zachary played guitar and piano for his childhood youth group, and for his home church, he worked as a music director for Darnell Methodist Church while attending Arkansas Tech, and just lately found his rhythm again playing as a sub with Life Church.
He also was very close to his siblings and especially enjoyed spoiling them. Zachary would go on camping trips and holidays with his brother Randy, he loved having “dates” with this little sisters, taking them to the movies or supper, or other events. He was generous with his time, and always surprised them with special gifts. He helped with homework, and babysat anytime he was needed, and always gave the best hugs.
A public visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Matthews Funeral Home in Edmond, OK. Services to celebrate Zachary’s life will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, starting at 1:00 p.m. at Saint John’s Episcopal Church, 5401 N Brookline Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112.

We remember all of events with you while 2weeks oversea education trip in 2009.
