Tamara Lynn Monden, 54, of Porum, Oklahoma passed away in Oklahoma City on September 30th, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones and friends. Tammy passed away after a valiant fight against Cancer.

Tamara was born to Donald Leslie Evans and Joyce Ann Richardson in Manhattan, Kansas on September 9th, 1969. She was raised in Stillwater and Guthrie Oklahoma. She graduated from Guthrie High School in 1988 where she also met and started dating her future husband, Kenny Monden. Tammy then went on to the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1991. After completing college, Tammy started her 32-year career with Jordan Advertising as their Media Buyer. In April of 1994 Tammy and Kenny tied the knot in Guthrie, OK, later that year they welcomed their daughter Madison in December. Two years later they welcomed their son Tres in June of 1996. Tammy had affection for all animals, no matter the size and whether they were hers or not. Tammy also loved spending time at the lake with her family and friends. Every summer her family would take lake vacations. However, Lake Eufaula was their favorite spot. Tammy and Kenny loved the lake so much they decided to move to Lake Eufaula full time in 2021. Tammy loved being around her family and especially spending time with her granddaughter Charlie.  Tammy and Charlie had many adventures which included trips to the zoo, which meant so much to them both. Tammy will be dearly missed, as she was loved tremendously by her family and friends.

Tammy is preceded in death by Joyce Richardson, Charles Gibson, and Elsie Myers.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband Kenneth Ray Monden, Jr. of Porum, Oklahoma, daughter Madison Berlin Mason and husband Monte Lynn Mason and their daughter Charlie Elaine Mason of Yukon, Oklahoma, son Kenneth Ray (Tres) Monden III and wife Hannah Lynn Monden of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, son Patrick Wright and his fiancé Nicole Clay with her son Liam, brother Kent Alan Evans and wife Lori Vee Evans of Columbus, Georgia, and many loving friends.

A memorial service for Tammy will be held at a later date.
