Our Baby Sydney. Precious daughter of Robert & DeAnna Murray, sister to Madisyn and Cassidy left to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Creative beyond our understanding, from selling painted rocks at age 5 to starting a dog walking business on your own, you never ceased to surprise us. Fearless from the moment you learned to walk, nothing stood in your way. How often did we learn of your standing up to defend other kids from the bullies? You always lived your life on your own terms. Our left handed Baby Syd – Syd, you looked at things differently, always teaching us unawares.
Our eight pack girl, you developed the fine tone of a well-sculpted athlete, starting at just 3 years old in competitive cheerleading. Cheers of OKC, Twist and Shout, Cheers and More and Edmond North all benefited from your dedication. Victory after victory, culminating in your making the freshman cheer squad as you were about to start high school. How very proud we are of you Sydney!
The missing you begins and you are everywhere. We see you in your room. We smell you in your blankets. We hear your favorite songs and burst into tears. No matter how many pictures and videos we gather, there will never be enough. We are broken but God will fix us. We are and will forever be your family. Always included. Never left out or behind. You are our Syd-Syd, our Wiggie, our Special – our Last Baby. We love you so. See you soon. Love Mommy, Daddy, Sweet Pea, Honey Bear and of course your dog Boomer too.
Service: Sunday June 14, 2015 at 2:00p.m. at Faith Bible Church 600 North Coltrane Road Edmond, Ok 73034 (405) 340-1000. Interment, Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum 13400 North Kelley 73131.

This is such an eloquent obituary. I’m so terribly sorry for the loss of Sydney. I’ve been praying without ceasing, and I will continue to do so for the entire family. We are blessed to know that she was greeted and is with Jesus and our Heavenly Father. You will all be reunited one day. Until then, she will be closely watching over each of you. My love and heart goes out to every single person who is grieving the loss of such a special girl. God Bless.
