Bieber, Susan pic newSusan Elaine (Langford) Bieber, 59, was granted her angel wings on September 4, 2014, at her home in Edmond. Susan was born January 31, 1955, in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, to Clifford and Anna Mae Langford. She enjoyed gardening, reading, spending time with her 7 grand kids, lazy Sunday afternoons in her pool, rainy days on her back porch, watching KU and Thunder basketball and spending time with her family and friends. People gravitated towards her and she had the ability to make everyone feel special. She was very involved in her church, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, LWML, Cook’s Night Out and Deer Creek Special Olympics. Susan is survived by her devoted husband Joel, her children Cory Bieber, Joeleen Akin and her husband Charles, Darcy Clinton and her husband CR, Christi Bieber and Brady Bieber. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Lexy Clinton, Salim Klinge, Bobbie Akin, Jazzy Klinge, Stella Clinton, Ryan Akin and Charlie Clinton. She is also survived by her brothers Sonny Langford and his wife Robin, Tom Langford and his wife Tracy, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Clifford and mother Anna Mae. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Matthews Funeral Home. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held the following day on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 308 NW 164th Street, Edmond, OK. A graveside service will be 2:00pm Monday at Waterloo Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation Service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Susan Bieber Memorial Fund c/o Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Edmond, OK, Angel Flight Ministries or The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10.

    So sorry she had to leave, but so glad she is walking and talking with Jesus in her new body. Susan is free, No more pain, No more worries. Susan you will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you.
