Through a strange course of events I just learned of Dr. Kostiuk’s passing, I wanted you to know how much I admired him. He was my daughters’ physician in the mid 90’s and we loved him! He was so caring and sweet with them. We were very sad when he quit practicing medicine. I pray he rests in peace and I am sorry for your loss.
