Ruth Beauford
1923-2016
Ruth Wanda (Foster) Beauford quietly departed this life Tuesday April 26, 2016 at her residence in Edmond Ok. She was born in Alma, Okla on May 8, 1923 to John and Bertha (McNabb) Foster. Ruth was a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. She was a member of Spring Creek Assembly of God in Edmond, OK. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bertha Foster from Duncan; two brothers, Harold Foster of Corpus Christi, Tx and Wayne Foster of Andrews, Tx; two sisters, Pauline Lancaster of Meridian, Ok and Lois Stimson of Duncan, Ok.
She is survived by her two daughters LaNell Smith and husband Earl Ray of Forney, Tx and Marsha McCaslin and husband Ron of Edmond, OK; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; her sister Flossie Knott of Duncan, Ok; her sister-in-law Matrid Foster of Midland, TX; niece and nephews, cousins, and friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Duncan Cemetery on Thursday, April 28, at 1:00 PM.
