Raymond Hargrove

December 5, 1927 – June 8, 2017

On the evening of June 8th, 2017 Raymond “Grandpa Raymond” Hargrove, 89 went to be with our lord. He was born a Choctaw Indian in Hugo, Oklahoma and spent most of his childhood there and in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He met his wife Octavia Fields athargrove raymond University Hospital in Oklahoma City and they were inseparable ever since the day they met. He worked at John A. Brown, Co for forty years in downtown Oklahoma City and after his retirement he worked as security guard. Raymond was greeted at the gates of heaven by, his mother, father, two brothers, a sister, and his beloved wife Octavia. He is survived by his daughter Shirley Pullen, son Raymond Hargrove III, his sister Georgia Schulte and grandchildren Trevor, Tanner and Joanna, his great grandchildren Skyla, Brae’Lyn and Josiah. Raymond had a passion for western music, classic cars and of course his favorite snacks, chocolate shakes, cheese wiz, Ritz crackers with peanut butter and Oreo cookies. He was a beautiful, loving, caring person who is treasured by all his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
