Ramolee Irene Bonds
1934-2023
Ramolee Irene Bonds was born February 18, 1934, in Oklahoma City, the only child of Louis and Bessie Roach. She passed away peacefully at her home on November 25, 2023, to begin eternal life with her savior Jesus Christ.
Ramolee graduated from Central High School in 1952 and from Central State University (now University of Central Oklahoma) with a B.B.A. magna cum laude in 1981.
She married Teddy Lee Bonds in 1956 and celebrated 64 years of marriage before his death in 2020. They had two children, David and Cairlyn.
Ramolee enjoyed gardening, traveling, backpacking, and skiing. She was a voracious reader and a great cook. She worked in business offices and preparing tax returns. Most of all, though, she was a devoted wife and mother.
She was a member of Metropolitan Bible Church in OKC and Faith Bible Church in Edmond.
Ramolee was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son-in-law Paul, and is survived by her children and many beloved friends, including her best friend since they were teenagers, Shirley Henager.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Faith Bible Church, 600 N Coltrane, Edmond.
