Her favorite activities were baking cookies and cornbread with her mother, going to the playground to play on the slides, and taking rides in her wagon with her stuffed animals. Her favorite characters were Dora, Barbie, and Tinkerbell. She also attended Church Day Care every Sunday; her favorite Bible stories were Bible Beginners on YouTube and she loved having Bible stories read to her. She also loved other children’s stories and would always pick the book for her mother to read. Alex was also learning to speak a dialect of the Philippine national language called Visayan.

My heart is broken for Sally and the family. Phil loved his life with Sally and Alex and was so happy. This is a terrible tragedy. Phil was like an older brother to my sons as they grew up and he taught all of the computer skills to progress in business. His father, Steve and I have been friends since I was 18 and I remember Steve bringing his young son to meet me for the first time. He and Alex will be missed by all. My prayers for Sally and the family as they walks this very hard journey without their loved ones.
