Pat was the mother of my best friend Connie. I have the fondest memories of her when Connie and I were growing up. I loved to go over to their house after church on Sunday. Pat was so cute with her teacup Chihuahua in the pocket of her house dress! I really loved to see her laugh with Connie and me. She might have been a small woman but she was mighty in spirit with a lot of love to give. And that she did!!
I can’t remember anytime that I was around Pat when she wasn’t interest in you and smiling…always smiling. I always enjoyed being around her when we were at any Gates family event. I will miss her presence very much but I know that she is happy and well now in heaven. Thinking of you Mike and Connie and praying for your strength and comfort at this difficult time.
We was blessed to know Pat as a friend . We have never known a sweeter person in our lives. W are so very thankful our lives crossed at a time we were able to be there for each other . We will always have a beautiful memory of her .
Being friends with Connie, Heather, and Jimmy, my daughters and I saw what a blessing Pat was in their lives and are so grateful that she and they have been part of ours. Pat was such a beautiful soul, both inside and out. Her warmth and kind spirit were as genuine as her beautiful smile. It was a privilege to know her and we will miss her very much.
Our love and prayers are with your family,
