Nancy Lee (Bradley) Limbocker
March 17, 1933 – September 28, 2013
Nancy went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ peacefully in her sleep at home in Edmond at 80 years of age after courageously battling Alzheimer’s for the last few years. She had been cared for by her husband of sixty-two years, R.B. Limbocker. She was born in Wellington, Kansas to Josephine and Lester Bradley on March 17, 1933. Nancy and R.B. traveled the world on oil well drilling assignments until settling in Edmond in 1977.
Nancy was preceded in death by both of her parents, a daughter Brenda Limbocker and a sister Norma Hollingsworth. She is survived by husband R.B., children Leann Adair and Beau Limbocker of Edmond, and R.B. “Bing” Limbocker, Jr. of Dallas. She also leaves grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a host of nephews and nieces whom she loved.
She was a charter member of Frontline Church in Oklahoma City, a fifty-year member and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, a United States Post Office retiree and survivor of the Edmond postal massacre, as well as a loving, caring, generous friend to many.
A memorial service will be held at Frontline Church at NW 10th and Robinson in Oklahoma City on October 8th at 3:00 pm.
