She was one of the most selfless, loving, caring individuals that you would have ever met. She was a very creative lady, she used to make her home into a haunted house for Halloween every year until one year the March of Dimes approached her about putting it together for them to raise money and she did for 13 years until one of the most popular radio stations said they would pay the MOD that amount if they wouldn’t do it.
She donated blood and platelets up until health issues would not allow it anymore. Her home was always open to anyone in need, she was a second mom to many. If you met her, you loved her.
She will be so dearly missed but always in our hearts.
So sad to hear about Jean’s passing. She definitely had a heart of gold. Prayers to Kendra and the boys, I know she has left a large hole in your hearts but she loved her family deeply. You have so many good memories that cannot be taken from you.
Our deepest sympathy is sent yo you and may you cherish the special memories you have. We met Jean and Ida about 12 years ago at church and set close to them. She was a very sweet quiet lady and loved her family.
Sending hugs and ❤️
Dear Family Jean will be missed by all at the Waterloo Rd. Church of Christ in Edmond. She was loved by all and encouraged the Congregation so very much. We always enjoyed visiting her at her home. We look to the day that we all shall meet again. She loved the song I’ll Fly Away…
