Michael David Mueller

Michael David Mueller

February 6, 2002 – September 28, 2020

Michael David Mueller, 18, passed away on September 28th, 2020. He was born February 6th, 2002 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Some of his close buddies affectionately called him “Buddy-o”, and “Michael-bicycle”.  Michael is the son of David and Peggy Mueller, and older brother to Matthew Mueller.  Michael always wanted to make a difference in this world, especially for those who were in need. Michael would have done anything for anyone.

Despite the challenges of perceiving the world through his autistic spectrum, he loved and also enjoyed the love of his family, being with friends, and running with his Santa Fe High School cross-country and track posse (and boy did he love his shoes).  He enjoyed being part of the St. Monica’s Discipleship group, basketball, running, music, fishing, photography, and yes, occasionally with friends, playing silly pranks on drive through fast-food attendants.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to: NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

Peggy and family: My heart goes out to Michael and to your family. You and Dave have been great parents for Michael. He had the best parents supporting him through his life. May God come close to all of you and hold you in the Palm of His Hand so you can find peace somehow through this tragedy. It is difficult to find words to express empathy so I will say I’m here when you need to talk about Michael. He was a great kiddo and will be missed greatly by all who knew him. I love you and my spirit is with you all of you as you go through the memorial service tomorrow.

    Peggy,

I am so sorry for your loss. I have been praying for you, Dave, and Mattie and my prayers will continue. As so many others have stated, words can’t express my sympathy for you and yours. If there is anything you need, anything I can do, please let me know. I love you my precious friend. May God hold you and yours tightly in His arms.
