Marlynne Sandie

Marlynne Sandie passed away on January 23, 2021. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on September 5, 1931. She is survived by her husband Joe, daughters; Susan, Sharon, and Jana, son, Rob, stepson, Kent, grandchildren and great grandchildren and her sister, Yerdith. Marlynne was known for her strong Christian faith, artistic abilities, strong will, attention to detail, outstanding cooking, and her generosity. She will be missed but is now at peace.
Private Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crossings Community Church.
I met Marlynne while we were both getting pedicures & she struck up a conversation with me. That turned into an invitation of join her art class with well known artist Cletus Smith. We ended up enjoying several years of time together in the class.
I loved her and her loving, outgoing, strong-willed personality and have thought about her often. I know she will be greatly missed by many friends & family. We were all lucky to have known such a force of nature…to say the least!
