One of the finest humans I ever had the privilege of knowing. She raised two daughters that are as good as she was. She was blessed to have a good and loving Husband. It is a blessing to be able to call her MY SISTER. I love you so much.
There are not enough words to describe the extraordinary person Margaret was. From the moment I met her in the spring of 2020, I knew she was one of the finest people I would ever had the privilege to know. I was her supervisor at ATC, and Margaret came on board after being out of the business world for many years, raising her two wonderful daughters. She was so intelligent and innovative in her thinking that she only needed a few weeks to become an excellent proposal writer/editor and subject matter expert. She and I talked for hours about many subjects, mostly not about work. I always looked forward to seeing her and talking with her. I trusted her immediately. Her smile was incredibly beautiful and contagious. She pulled me up from dark places many times and always relied on God to be her strength. Margaret, or Maggie as some called her, was one of the most beautiful ladies I’ve ever known—beautiful spiritually, mentally, and physically. Her presence in a room calmed me and helped me remember to take each moment as it came and not worry about the future. She had a way of making anyone feel important and loved, and she shone her light every single day I knew her. I remember once she was having a difficult time at work and told me about it. I was her supervisor, but I was also her friend. We talked it through, she worked out a plan to tackle the problem, and her solution proved to be perfect. The proposal turned out to be a well-written and compliant offer that won ATC one of the largest contracts the company had at that time. When I left ATC in the spring of 2023, I knew I’d miss her the most, but we stayed in touch regularly, and I loved hearing about Allie and Jennifer and her family stories. She loved intensely, and anyone who received her love was privileged to be part of her life. Margaret showed her love every day, giving so much of herself to her family and friends. I hope she knew how much I loved her and valued her friendship. I’m so happy that I got to see her, Craig, and Allie this past spring at a softball game in Texas. Just being near her made that day brighter and one I will always remember. To Craig, Allie, and Jennifer: I send love and hugs. I cannot imagine how much you miss her. Lean on God and remember you’ll see her again because I know beyond any doubt that she will be with Jesus and Our Father in eternal life. Maggie, I am glad your spirit is pain-free and hope you know how much you meant to all of us.
