Kathy Foreman was born November 17, 1963 in Arkansas to Kenneth Dale and Verna May Foreman. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents. Kat is survived by many cousins in Kansas, California and Arkansas. She is survived by the love of her life: Maddie, Rockie and Kitty Kitty.
Another family which she claimed was her family in Christ, which contains many brothers and sisters. She led The Mix and Single Life-two groups of singles which met together for Bible Study and fellowship and to this day, still have connection and unity in Christ.
She worked for Hertz for over twenty-three plus years helping customers in road side assistance and training newly hired people for their jobs. If you ever talked about horses with Kat, you saw a light in her eyes like no other. This hobby as a teenager brought her to be a part of the Coffee Creek Riding Center. A place of inspiration and hope for many children and their families.
Studying the Bible was also very important to Kat. She wasn’t satisfied just taking someone’s opinion but studied, reading many versions of the Bible and always asking the question, “What is the bigger picture?”
Kat passed from this world to life eternal, Thursday morning, November 19, 2015. Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home, 601 S. Kelly in Edmond, on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Perkins, OK. A viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2015.
In lieu of flowers, please make any gift to Coffee Creek Riding Center, Edmond, OK.

Kathy….there are not enough words to express all the joy and adventures that I was lucky enough to have you live with me!!! The lead rope and halter that you made for Andy, the first moments of Andy life that you helped with, the dogs we rescued and rehomed, ALL the horses, love and patience, the years of feeding through ALL kinds of weather, the room filling laugh…. these are all blessed memories from a giant stockpile of them that you left in my heart. I miss you!! I wish I’d been in a place that I could have been there for you more and even in passing, you have brought memories and joy and love and healing. Rest in Peace and give Jesus a big hug for me if you can. Your legacy of the people you have touched with your kindness and loyalty and love and patience is gigantic! !!! 🙂

Kathy, thanks for the talks we had during our time in the training department at Hertz. My prayers go out to your family. You will be truly missed.
