Jacqueline, Gregory,Harley,Anna, Brad; I am so very sorry for our loss of Kathie.
She loved you all; and adored “her Harley”. She recently told Mom that she was happier than she had ever been.
Everyone loved Kathie; she was a light in everyone’s lives.
This is extremely hard on everyone and you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Mom (Iona Folcik 93) and I will be with you in our hearts though we can’t be there in person.
My family & I want to express our deepest sympathy & condolences for your loss of Katherine. Katherine & I worked together in the same unit. She was a beautiful and sweet soul. And such a professional.
When I found out my first grandchild was on the way, Katherine made a set of darling camo trimmed drool pads for him. Such a sweet & personal touch! Katherine was so thrilled when she found out she was going to be a grandmother too. We would proudly share photos of our grand-babies with each other. Harley is an absolutely beautiful angel!
To the family of Katherine,
I am truly sorry for the tragic loss of your Mom. I met her at the SOS group at Crossings Community Church. I watch her joy return as she came to group week after week. She always had a smile on her face. She was interested in the well being of others and shared her faith to encourage our group members. I will be praying for you to feel the presence of Christ to comfort, strengthen, heal your heart and bring you peace. You are in my prayers. I only knew her for a short time but loved her sweet spirit. May God bless you. Clare Borelli
Our constant prayers are with each of you.
Katherine was so kind to us and our daughter Cate, Anna’s friend. We are so sorry for your loss and remember Katherine with her kindness and nurturing nature. Thinking of you all during this time.
I worked with Katherine for several years. She was a joy to be around, & always had a smile for everyone. Even when she was frustrated, she was always pleasant. She had a great sense of humor, even with the most maddening work issues.
I have an Email from Katherine from last Tuesday that I haven’t been able to bring myself to delete: She had been having connectivity issues, and wanted to inform me that she had to troubleshoot with IT- Her comment was, “This is entirely too special.” I always enjoyed reading her little comments- They made me laugh. We had fun working together.
My thoughts & prayers are with your family in this difficult time. We will miss Katherine terribly.
Kathie was my beloved cousin, and I will not recover from her loss for a long time. I can’t begin to imagine what you Brad, Anna, and her loved ones who were constantly with her are going through. My prayers for God’s comfort, strength, and guidance are with you daily. Please know I loved her very much, and she was also loved by many family members here in Michigan. God bless and keep you.
