It’s truly hard to put into words just how much Kaitlin will be missed. Kaitlin was one that could light up a room with her presence. She could make you laugh until you cried! She was the type of friend that you could call on no matter what time of day or night it was and she would be there for you without question. She was also the type of friend that you didn’t have to see or talk to every day but as soon as you bumped into her, you could pick right back up as if no time had passed. She was a wonderful sorority sister, friend, daughter, aunt, sister, and more. I will truly miss her more than she could ever know and will always cherish all of the memories that we made in our nearly 20 years of friendship. I am praying for her husband, family, and her friends as I know how much they are missing her too. Fly high, Kaitlin.

One of my favorite moments with Kaitlyn was when we were working at Monticello Elementary School. We were encouraged to ask the children if they were making good choices or bad choices. One day Kaitlyn leaned over to me and said “asking *Billy* (actual name of student omitted) if that’s a good choice or a bad choice is like asking a pig if it would like to be bacon or ham.” Kaitlyn’s sense of humor was always welcome.
Sending prayers of comfort for Jason, Mrs Kim, Mr David and all who loved Kaitlyn.
