    Cheri and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have sweet memories of our husbands planting shrubs, carrying furniture and a host of other things for their wonderful wives–you and me–throughout the years. Please know you are in my prayers.

I don’t know if you remember me or not but my name was Marian Dee Stamp and I graduated with Joey from high school in Mountain View. I was so sorry to read about him in the paper and I just wanted to let you know, my heart is with you and your family. I just lost my husband in 2007 so I can feel your pain. I also just discovered a couple of months ago that I am living in the same retirement village as Joey’s sister, Wanda, in Mustang. I always thought you two made such a cute couple – even in high school. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you.

Wish we were closer and could be with you personally. So sad we didn’t get to see Joe and Cheri when we were out for the holidays as we usually do, we never know when we are going to be called home again to the Father. Our prayers and thoughts are with you! Joe will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered!
