John W. Patton, Sr.
July 26, 1924 – January 5, 2022
John W. Patton, Sr. was a loving Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather. He was also a member of St. John’s Catholic Church since 1979.
He is preceded in death by son Eric Patton, son Mark Patton, son Keith Patton and daughter Carolyn Patton. He is survived by Lacretia Patton, Jacquelyn Patton, Earl Patton, John Patton, Jr., and Neil Patton.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday January 12th, 2022, at 10:00AM at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK.
I’ve been looking for my grandfather for many years since I lost contact with him, I am the only son from his daughter Carolyn Patton That passed away in 2013,He was a great energetic, Proud man with lots of love to give, I will truly miss him it was an Honor to know Him.
I miss you Pop Pop so much what I wouldn’t do to talk to you or listen to your voice. I would do anything for that. You were more like a father to me and im always going to be a Granddaddys girl your girl forever. I love you soooo much me and Kj. You are truly missed and you will forever have my heart. Patrick I don’t know who you are but I would love to get to know you. If you this I’m looking for you. I didn’t know I had extended family and I welcome you with open arms cause that’s what Pop would want me to do.

Pop Pop you was heavy on my mind today maybe because Labor Day you always said I should be the whole month and I would say is that because you was in the Navy. I miss you soooo much. I finally saw a picture of your tombstone. I just wish you was here close to me or I at least got a chance to say goodbye. Sorry I didn’t find Patrick I’m sorry Pop Pop not looking anymore it’s sooo much you didn’t tell me and I didn’t know. I just wanted family. I wish you was still here because your still the greatest man that ever lived and I will forever be a granddaddy’s girl. I love you so much. You always called me dear I was your beautiful dear and I always said Pop Pop Dear John well there’s a movie called that the concept isn’t us but those words we said to each other before that movie was thought of and will forever be just that our words. I love you and miss you to pieces
