Clarence, better known as Stanley, was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, December 27th, 1948, to parents R.P, Jr. and Edith Wise. He will be joining his deceased brother, Thomas Wise, who was his best friend. Stanley graduated from Capitol Hill High School and completed one year of business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma prior to being drafted into the US Army. Certified as a Field Wireman he served overseas in Berlin, Germany. Stanley received the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Occupational Medal, and the Rifle Sharpshooter Medal. He is survived by his sons Michael and Rachael Wise, Michael and Kimberly Park, and daughter Melanie and James Caron in addition to many wonderful “grands”, Wyatt Wise, Henry and Hazel Park, Malachi, Makayla and Zander Caron, all lovingly called him Pop Pop. Stanley considered that title to be his most outstanding accomplishment. He is also survived by his wife, Sherry Park, of 27 blissful years. Early on Stanley worked with his dad at Champlin Truck Stop in Oklahoma City then as a welder and equipment mechanic at Boardman’s Steel Company. He retired From Tinker Air Force Base as a small equipment mechanic after 29 years of decorated Federal Service. His hobbies included riding and customizing motorcycles and cars. Stanley enjoyed attending swap meets, car and motorcycle shows and hanging out with his family. He took great pleasure in educating Sherry, his teacher-wife, into this lifestyle which was as easy to love as he was. Stanley will always be “Stan the Man”.  “RIDE TO MEET LIFE, DON’T WAIT FOR IT.”
