Anna Mae Greff was born May 9, 1936 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and passed away December 7, 2022 in Warsaw, Missouri at the age of 86. Her battle with cancer is now ended and she is at peace.
Anna Mae married Raymond Anthony Greff Jr. on September 3, 1955 in Phoenix, Arizona. Together they had six children: Larry, Carolyn, Jim, Debbie, Mike and Rob. The family lived primarily in Ponca City, Oklahoma until Ray’s untimely passing in 1972.
Anna Mae and the family then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to be closer to extended family. She started a business and spent many years there among family and friends, developing many close relationships.
After some time, Anna Mae returned to Oklahoma and settled in Jones, Oklahoma near her daughter Carolyn Godwin, where she was a member of the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. Recently, she relocated to Warsaw, Missouri where her son Mike and his family were able to provide the care and support she needed these last couple of years. She enjoyed bowling, reading, watching game shows and Hallmark Christmas movies. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and playing cards. Another memorable Thanksgiving was enjoyed again this year with much love and laughter.
