1931-2018
Evertt Jennings, 86, passed away on January 2, 2018 in Edmond, OK. He was born on October 18, 1931 in Braman, OK to Bernell & Eula Mae Jennings. Evertt married in 1953 to Collene. They were married for 64 years. He retired from Terra Resources.
Evertt is preceded in death by his parents, Bernell and Eula Mae Jennings, sister Inez Juby, and brothers Bill Jennings and Roy D. Jennings. He is survived by children, Candy & Bob Matheny of Tulsa, OK, Tony & Glynis Jennings of Salina, KS, Teresa & John Higdon of Luther, OK, and Tracy & Adam Smith of Luther, OK, siblings, Dot Hoberecht of Derby, KS, Pat Brackeen of Joplin, MO, Sue Atkinson of Frisco, TX, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel.
