Evelyn Laura Graham
1942-2017
Evelyn Graham (Eva Laura Dalrymple) age 74 passed away on January 22, 2017 in her home in Edmond, Oklahoma, surrounded by her family. Evelyn was born February 25, 1942 in Jones, OK to Faye and Ina Dalrymple.
She is survived by her husband Vernon Graham of Edmond, OK and her 5 children, Donald Lyle Dalrymple and wife Rita of Jones, OK, Jamie Staggs of Tulsa, OK, Leslie Scruggs and husband Mark of Edmond, OK, Amber Warren and husband Jason of Edmond, OK and Angela Graham of Boston, MA, her siblings Twila Bennett of Jones, OK, Ronald Dalrymple and wife Glenda of Florida, Wanda Wallace and husband Johnnie Ray of Edmond, OK and Jessie Dalrymple of New Mexico, her 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Faye and Ina Dalrymple, son Michael Graham, sister Retha Mobley and her husband Hubert and brother in law John Earl Bennett. Eveyln enjoyed gardening, cooking and family. She will always be remembered for her welcoming home and open heart.
Memorial service will be held Friday, January 27, 2017 at 1pm at Covenant United Methodist Church 2700 S. Boulevard Edmond, OK
Leslie my prayers are with you and your family. Your mother will always be with you. From the twinkle of a star, moon beams in your hair, a bird singing a sweet lullaby, she is there. A beautiful rose, a sweet magnolia, she is there. A cool rain leaving kisses on your check, she is there. From a penny found on the ground to remind you she is near. She will always be there.
