Eva Jones, 79, of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away on October 05, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Eva was born December 08, 1936, in DeLand, Alabama to John Paul Moses and Fanny Stephens Moses. Eva married David Ray Jones on April 20, 1957, they were married for 59 1/2 years. She was a homemaker and then as her children grew older, she went to work as a substitute teacher and then later at Cain's Coffee as an accountant. She enjoyed reading, gardening, square dancing, traveling, experiencing new places and things, walking on the beach while collecting shells, baking, cooking for family and others, spending time with her children and grandchildren. She took the time to visit and call the sick or others having a hard time to pray with them, she was a full time prayer warrior. She is survived by her husband, David Ray Jones, of Edmond, Oklahoma, daughter Terri Diane Burleson and spouse Mark Burleson from Edmond, daughter Vicki Lynn Wood, of Oklahoma City, son Paul Douglas Jones of Edmond, grandchildren: Andrea Elliott, Matthew Burleson, Morgan Wood, and Kassidy Wood, great grandchildren: Triston Elliott and arriving in February 2017, Beckett Burleson. She is preceded in death by her father John Paul Moses, mother Fanny Moses, and brothers: Oliver Stephens, George Moses, Oliver Moses, Arthur Moses, John Moses, and Anthony Moses, children Lori Ann Jones and Holly Denean Jones.

Memorial Contributions to be made to: Children's Miracle Network.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Community Church in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond, Oklahoma.
