Donald Edward Taylor, 89, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away on June 23, 2024 at his home. Don was born in Oklahoma City, OK on December 1, 1934 to Lewis Richard Taylor and Minnie Mae (Lewis). Don graduated from John Marshall High School. He married Beverly Ann Smith and they were married for 37 years until she passed away in 1990. Don married Ila Krueger in 2000. He worked at Southwestern Glass & Mirror and was a member of the Millwood Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ila, daughter, Nancy Neal and blended family members, daughter, Kathy Brady, Cindy & Mark Quinlivan, Chip & Daisy Krueger, grandchildren, Todd Taylor and wife Jenny, Amber Kramer, Beverly Clark and husband Ben, Jeff Stafford and wife Desiree, Michael Biddy and wife Brittany, Jared McCuistion and wife Jennifer, Andi Biddy, Ashlee Levecy and husband Taylor, Brittany Elliott and husband Alex, great-grandchildren, Laura Taylor, LJ Stafford, Gentry Stafford, Sarah Jean Stafford, Georgia Clark, Harvey Clark, Colin Kramer, Kyler Kramer, Tre Biddy, Elias Biddy, Chloe McCuistion, Harrison Elliott, Evy Jo Elliott and Lily Levecy. Don was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Beverly, son, Donnie Taylor, granddaughter, Sarah Stafford, son-in-law, Dickie Neal, brother, Richard Taylor and sister Eddie Mae Robertson.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, June 27th at Matthews Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 28, 2024 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery Oklahoma City, OK.
