Debra Ann Quinn
1957 – 2020
My dear wife Debbie left this earth on Sunday morning January 12, 2020 while at home.
Debbie was a loving wife and my best friend. She had a zest for life and loved doing many things, including traveling, fishing, and decorating her home with a southwest flair.
As a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, she enjoyed all the activities, but she especially loved her sorority sisters in Ada, OK.
Debbie loved her dogs as if they were her own children, but she had a special place in her heart for her poodle Molly. She always said that her dogs got better care than most people.
She loved the sunshine and enjoyed sitting on her patio while reading a good book. During last year we purchased a 5th wheel trailer and she enjoyed camping, which she referred to as “glamping”. She relished trout fishing in Arkansas.
Debbie’s many medical problems coupled with a bi-polar disorder made her life very difficult especially during the last month. She was unable to conquer the chronic pain and the mental anguish.
I am so sorry that I could not take away your pain and struggles, and I will always wonder if I could have done more to ease your suffering.
We miss you and Love you,
Michael, Molly, & Bella
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Matthews Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, January 20th at 10:00 A.M. at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your favorite animal shelter or animal rescue.
Debbie you will be missed so much. I will miss your goofy silly attitude. You always knew how to make me laugh. I will miss babysitting your fur babies but just know they loved you very much. I wish you could have been here for my wedding but I know you will be looking down watching from a much better place. I hope you truly find peace and won’t hurt any longer. We love you Debbie.
Thanks Madison for the kind words and thought about Debbie.
I love you, Madison. She loved all of us kids and her family so much.
I’m so sorry this sickness robbed our sister of so much of life. All we have to hang on to are the fun times and the memories, which we’ll cherish forever. We’ll love her forever and miss her always.
I write this with so much sadness in my heart.
I have always admired my Aunt Debbie for her quick wit, contagious laughter, organized home, personal style and electric sense of humor. Debbie had a way of making everyone laugh and she always had the perfect prank for every occasion. Simply put, she was funny and she used her humor as a gift to those she loved. We will miss that…
Debbie, you may have never known just how much you meant to me. I have missed you so much and I was eagerly awaiting the day for you to see both Madison and myself in our wedding dresses. Although you are not with us in person, I know that you are with us in spirit. I feel your presence and I am certain that you are healthy, joyful and peaceful. I hope you truly know just how much you are missed and how much your family loves you. We love you, so much.
I will always think of you and I will always miss you. I will miss the way you made me laugh, but I pray that all of our angels are hugging you close and enjoying your humor in Heaven. Watch over us and rest without worry, because you are loved.
I miss you.
God bless you Lauren
Mike, both me and Farris are so sorry for your loss as Debbie was a ray of sunshine and we will miss our neighbor and friend. We loved talking to her while out in the yard as she was always a joy to talk with. Our hearts are breaking for you as we will miss her also and just wished we would have had more time to spend with our neighbor and friend. We love you as well and want you to know we are always just down the street if you need anything. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
Love,
Darla and Farris
Thank you so much for your thoughts, my time outside won’t be as enjoyable without her. She never really got to enjoy the backyard and patio completed. I will think of her every time I am out in the yard.
To Mike and all of Debbie’s family:
from Debbie’s Beta Sigma Phi Sisters in Ada:
We all loved Debbie very much and all the things she did with us and for us!! If she was in charge of a party we knew we would have a good time! She had a talent for entertaining as well as many other talents. We enjoyed her fellowship !!!!
From Pauline and her Ada Sorority sisters

Debbie you will be missed, you always knew how to make us all laugh and you were a joy to be around. You will be missed
My deepest sympathy goes out to you, Mike. My time around Debbie was brief, but revealing. I got to see her searching sweet spirit who loved the Lord & His Word. It was clear she adored you. I can’t imagine the hole this wil leave in your heart, but I pray God will begin to fill it with grace & peace & sweet sweet memories of Debbie.

We are really struggling with this loss. She couldn’t say enough nice things about you all. Thanks again for the support.
Although I met Debbie through her dogs, I always looked forward to seeing her. Hearing the excitement she had in her voice after seeing a pretty poodle made me adore her for I knew what a great heart Debbie was, always so kind and beautiful herself, I will miss you Debbie. My heart snd prayers go out to your family.
Mike, we just heard today at lunch time about Debbie. I don’t think there are words that can relate how sorry
we are about your wife passing. I’ve known you and Debbie since 1986 and probably visited with her at the
Christmas party the same year. You were my close friend and the greatest boss in the whole world. I will also pray for you and your family. I know you miss her so much but God will get you through this.
We are all thinking of you…..Dennis,Kathy and the gang at work (2/21/20).
Thank you Dennis, I would love to meet you for lunch sometime soon. Life has just been too chaotic for me to get with anyone at work. I am still your friend and i miss you. God is the only way i will get through this.
God bless you
