David Neil Cassar

1965-2020

David Neil Cassar was born November 21. 1965 in Brampton (Ontario), Canada, to Samuel and Maisie Cassar. He passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 54. Neil came to the United States at the age of 5 and became an American Citizen at age 17. Neil went to elementary school in Fullerton California but moved to Edmond Oklahoma when he was 14 years of age and immediately became an “Oakie”,

Neil considered his children Nikki and Jason his greatest achievements in his life and his grandson Wyatt his crowning glory. His love for them knew no boundaries. He was preceded in death in 1983 by his father Samuel Cassar.

Neil married Sheila Ward on April 23^rd, 2005. . They had 15 years of happy marriage which ended all too soon.

Neil was employed by Ferguson Water Works for 16 years and was their Branch Manager in Oklahoma City.

Neil leaves behind to mourn him his wife Sheila Cassar, his loving children Nikki Dahlem, Jason Cassar and his grandson Wyatt Dahlem, his mother and stepfather Maisie and Mike Trulock, his big sister and brother in law Linda and Larry Robbins together with his nephews Kevin and Mark. Also, here in Oklahoma his Aunt Elsie and three cousins Andrew and Michael Easton and Mary Wilson. In Canada Neil leaves behind his God parents, Doris and Joe Camilleri as well as aunts and uncle and a host of cousins. He will be greatly missed.
