A better friend I could not have asked for ! James Ethridge
I can’t believe you are gone my friend. Your joking and jostling was always a treat when we spent time together. I will cherish the many memories of Lobo basketball and football games shared with you, and the times you fell asleep on our couch while reading my western novels or when we would watch the old westerns on TV together while the girls chatted it up. I’ll miss our trips to the casinos, and our lunches at K&I diner eating a Travis. We loved you dearly Darrell, rest in peace.

I really loved the classes we shared at EHS; those were such fun, carefree years. May you rest in peace and may your family find comfort in God’s love.

Darrell, my good friend, you were a blessing in my life. I’m so thankful and grateful for our time together. Like Jim, I couldn’t have asked for a better friend!
Our family has fond memories of Darrell dating back to high school days, working at the Safeway, and later visiting Darrell and Doris in Albuquerque and interacting with them when they returned to Edmond. He will be missed by many.
