Daniel B. Williams, D.D.S. died November 25, 2014. He was born February 23, 1953, in Fort Lewis, WA to Bill and Shirley Williams. He was a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. On August 10, 1974, he was united in marriage to Debbie Jobe in Tulsa, OK. He and Debbie were blessed with two children, Ryan and Lindsey; and one grandson, Quincy. Additional survivors include a brother, Brad, of Houston, TX, and sister-in-law, Denise, and their daughters, Jennifer and Kelsey; a brother, Ed, of Holden, MA; father, Bill, of Ponca City; and son-in-law, Bob, of Owasso. He practiced dentistry for 33 years in Ponca City. He particularly enjoyed his relationship with Marland Children’s Home as their staff dentist. He enjoyed coaching youth baseball, watching Ryan play baseball and Lindsey play tennis. He also enjoyed watching her dance recitals. Dan and his grandson, Quincy (“Q-Man”), shared a love of baseball and he enjoyed watching him play. He also enjoyed playing golf with him and taking him for golf cart rides. He felt very fortunate that his fraternity brothers stayed together through the years with golf and tailgating. At Dan’s request, there will be no memorial service.
