Colton Joseph Schneider, of Edmond, Oklahoma was born June 12, 2000 to Andy and Angie (Phipps) Schneider. He unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on Friday, October the 16th. Colton is survived by his parents, brother Layton, maternal grandmother Cheri “Nana” Phipps, paternal grandmother Kathy Schneider, maternal great-grandfather Bud Kiser and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Joe “Dado” Phipps and his paternal grandfather Herman “Papa” Schneider. Colton was a freshmen at Edmond North High School where he was a member of the wrestling team and FCA. Colton attended Life Church and one evening while at Switch, he came forward and gave his life to Christ. Colton’s decision that evening gives us peace that he is in heaven today.

I will always remember the great smile that Colton had. He was brought up the right way and was always a polite young man to myself… I am heartbroken for his family and also his friends. My family will keep the Schneider family in our prayers always

I can’t imagine your loss and the hurt you are suffering. Your family has been continuously on my mind and in my prayers. Your baby is with his/our Heavenly Father in heaven which is perfect in every way but for the people here that will miss him everyday, I pray for PEACE!!!! The kind of peace that you can only receive from above. I never got the pleasure of meeting Colton but Its obvious from hearing anyone who knew him directly or indirectly that he was an amazing little man who blessed so many lives while here on this earth.

Praying for Peace sent from above during this time…

We never had the pleasure of meeting Colton, but we attend church with some of the family friends and they asked for prayer for you all. Just wanted you to know how terribly sorry we are for your loss and that we are praying! May God send comfort during this time.

We know what a hard season this has been for you.
Know that many are still praying for you and holding
you close to our hearts at this difficult time. Time takes
