Clifford Koski, 73, of Edmond, OK went to be with the Lord on March 17th , 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

Clifford was born on January 6th, 1943 in Duluth, MN to Clifford C. and Aune Koski. After graduating from Duluth Denfeld High School in 1961, he went on to serve 4 years in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He served on the Minnesota State Patrol for 22 years from 1967-1989, as well as worked at the Federal Aviation Association for over 25 years.

Clifford spent the majority of his years residing in Farmington, MN, where he was involved in the community by serving on the Farmington school board and at the Farmington Lutheran Church. For over 20 years he enjoyed southern living in Texas and Oklahoma with his wife Darlene. He loved being with his grandchildren, having fun with friends, and golfing. He will be greatly missed, but will always be loved and in our hearts forever.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford C. Koski and Aune (Koski) Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene; 4 children, Cindi (Peter) Thelen, Kim (Mitch) Lemke, Sheila Koski and CJ (Sarah) Koski; 2 step children, Sherrilyn Fox, Travis (Lacey) Jacobs; 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sister, Charlotte (Glenn) Peterson; step father, Richard Johnson; former wife Marjorie Koski and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Clifford’s name to Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1005 NE 15th, Oklahoma City, OK 73117.
