condy, cliffClifford Edward Condy, 65, of Edmond was born July 19, 1948 in Julesburg, Colorado to Lester and Mary Catherine Condy. Cliff was raised in Big Spring, Nebraska and graduated from University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. Cliff moved to Oklahoma in 1982 to work for the Edmond Sun as the Advertising Manager. He later became Advertising Manager for Central Oklahoma Newspaper Group of which he worked for until he became ill. He married his wife Kathy in Midwest City in 1984. Cliff’s passion was participating in sailing at the Oklahoma City Boat Club at Lake Hefner where he had many friends. He and Kathy are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond where he was very active. Cliff battled his illness courageously until his passing on October 18, 2013 in Oklahoma City.

His survivors include, Wife, Kathy of the home, Daughter and Son in law, Andrea and Tim Vogel of Pennsylvania. Two Grandchildren, Tanner and Ruby and many cousins and friends.

Mass of Christian burial is 10:00 a.m Tuesday , October 22, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church .

    I went to school with Cliff in Big Springs. I will always remember him as a very nice person. He was a kind person with a great sense of humor. At our class reunions, he was always remembered with fondness. May God keep him in His hands. So sorry for your loss.
