Charles Vance Rogers born in Indo,Ca on November 28, 1974 passed away on July 23,  2015. He was a beloved son, father, husband  and friend. He is survived by his parents, Rhonda Hooper,
Charles Corland Hooper, John Robert Weber Jr. his sister Samantha Rogers. by Karen Delossantos- Rogers and their sons Nicolas Garrett Daniel Rogers, Ryan Nathaniel Rogers, Gaberiel Vance Rogers., step son Christian Bradley Angerer and by Shawnee Romine and their son Christopher John Rogers. He will be greatfully missed.

Graveside services will be held at Ft. Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma.
