Calvin Fuller

Calvin Fuller

1970 – 2025

Born Frank Calvin Rowe III, August 19th, 1970, in Claremore, Oklahoma to Christine McClendon Rowe of Drumright, Oklahoma and Frank Calvin Rowe Jr. of Depew, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on January 3rd, 2025. Calvin was known for living life large, loving big, and having a heart that was constantly giving and full. He and his sister Tracy Michelle Rowe were legally adopted by John W. Fuller and their names were changed in 1985 to reflect his name. Calvin and his sister became a part of a family that grew in love with another sister Paula, and four brothers William, Phillip, Charles, and John Jr. Later his little brother Jason was born. Calvin’s family moved to Clarksville, Tennessee where he attended Mongomery Central High and was an avid baseball player. He loved the game of baseball and would always recall special memories of these days on the field. Calvin would later join the Navy and serve his country from 1990 to 1993 and served as a welder and firefighter. After leaving the Navy, he traveled the country as a welder. In 2002, his sister Tracy introduced him to and the love of his life Rebecca Nell Johnston, which soon became Rebecca Nell Fuller in November 2002.  Calvin was so blessed, not only did he marry the love of his life, but he also became a stepfather to Rebecca’s son Will. They then adopted two sons in 2003, Jesse at the age of five, and Aaron at the age of four. His life could not be more blessed with three sons and his wife Becky by his side.

Calvin and Becky loved going to the mountains of New Mexico where he loved riding side-by sides with his family. Moments like those are what Calvin lived for. Soon the family would be blessed with the news that Will would be getting married to Amy Damron. Will and Amy welcomed a son Luke, whom Calvin called “Big Guy” and a daughter Brinlee, whom he called “Little Miss B.” into the family.  Calvin always had nicknames for everyone, so the grandkid’s returned the favor by calling him “Papa C.”

Frank “Calvin” Fuller is survived by his parents, John and Christine Fuller of Drumright, Oklahoma, his wife Rebecca Fuller of the home, his son Will and his wife Amy of Chandler, Oklahoma, his son Jesse of Waco, Texas, his son Aaron of Edmond, OK, sister Paula G. Kemper of Kansas, brother Jason Lee Fuller of Cushing, Oklahoma, to whom Calvin always referred to as “Little Brother,” William J. Fuller of Buckley, WA, Phillip L. Fuller of Cushing, Oklahoma, Charles F. Fuller of Denton, Texas, and John W. Fuller of Wichita Falls, Texas. He also leaves two very special nieces, Alex and Adrianna, and many other nieces and nephews.

Calvin has been a part of my life for over four decades. I spent a lot of time with Calvin and his sister Tracy. They both were important parts of my life. Calvin and I spent many hours on the phone reminiscing about “the good ole days”. Also, he would share with me any and all news about his wife, children, “little brother”, and other family members. As of late, it would mostly be about his grandson. He was so in love with and proud of being a Papa. I am so saddened with his passing. I will forever remember our time spent together and all of the texts and conversations. He loved his work, and he was so proud of his greatest accomplishment, his family. My heart extends to every member of his family.

  2. He was one my best welding partners. We always got along don’t remember any hard words. We worked hard did our job couldn’t ask for better brother to weld with!!

  3. We met Calvin, Becky, and the boys approximately 10 yrs ago as a fellow seasonal camper at the Dayton KOA, while he worked his pipeline jobs. Calvin was one of the most friendly and polite people you would have ever wanted as your neighbor camping. We always looked forward to each summer sharing stories, meals, and even a few drinks together with him and his family. Speaking for the seasonal group that knew Calvin, we were all saddened to hear of his passing. His memory and the pictures will live on around our campfires as we reflect on his endearing personality and how he labored in love to make the best for his family.
