garrison caleb obit picCaleb Lynn Garrison was born March 14, 1978 and passed away December 8, 2013.

Caleb attended John Ross Elementary, Sequoyah Middle School, and was a 1997 Graduate of Edmond North High School, where he was a member of the Edmond North Husky’s Baseball Team. He attended University of Central Oklahoma from 1997 – 2002 while pursuing a degree in marketing and was also a guest lecturer as he was also pursuing his career in the apparel industry.

He began to race motocross at the age of fourteen and professionally until the age of twenty-four. Caleb continued to work in the motocross industry until he passed, where he worked as Mid-West Sales Manager for several companies including: No Fear, Spy Optic, Tag, Rogue Status, Young and Reckless, DC Shoe Co., One Industries, Famous Stars and Straps, Alpinestars, and other extreme sports apparel.

Caleb was preceded in death by his baby sister Crystal Garrison. His maternal grand- parents June Kendrick, Bill Spence. Paternal grand-parents Bob & Delores Garrison, and uncle, Gary Garrison all of Springfield, Missouri.

Caleb is survived by his eleven year old son Riley Garrison, Sister Kristin Garrison, parents Cary & Kathy Garrison, all of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by his Aunt Brenda Garrison, Aunt Lori Spence, and Uncle David Spence. Great Aunt Norma and Great Uncle Fred Spence of Springfield, MO. Great Aunt Patricia and Great Uncle Kelly Crane of San Francisco, CA. Great Aunt Delores Brozek of Yorktown, Il.

A celebration of Caleb’s Life will be at 2:00 p.m. December 14, 2013Christ Legacy Church 11101 Morgan Road N.E. Piedmont, OK. 73078 Located at the intersection of Northwest Expressway and the Kilpatrick -Turnpike. Please no formal wear, especially suits.

Friends wear green, Caleb and Riley’s favorite color. Motocross and baseball friends wear jerseys and T’s. The sanctuary is decorated for Christmas, Caleb’s favorite time of year.

In lieu of flowers, please make all donations to the Humane Society, ASPCA, or Free To Live Animal Sanctuary of Edmond.

To honor his father, Riley has chosen to raise money and collect pet food, pet toys, and pet beds for homeless animals “so they will know they are loved too!” Donations will be collected at the celebration of Caleb’s life!

    How wonderful that Riley is thinking of others at a tragic time in his own life. I am so sorry you had to go through this terrible loss but keep up your strength for that terrific grandson.
