Brandon Kirk Brawley was born January 16, 1979, in Boise City, OK, to Nathaniel “Nat” and Daureen (Conner) Brawley, and entered into eternal rest August 15, 2018, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 39.
He was raised and attended school in Keyes, OK, and graduated from Keyes High School with the class of 1997.
He was a hard worker, having previously worked in fiber optics, lawn management, construction, and the oil field. Most recently he was self-employed, doing business as BB Irrigation.
“Brawley,” as his friends called him, loved being outdoors, whether he was working or playing. He loved his family and his friends dearly, and would do anything for them. To Brandon, his friends were family.  He was known for his infectious smile and his ability to make people laugh. Without a doubt, Brandon would tell you his daughter, Ava Alexandra Brawley, whom he affectionately called Ava B., was the best thing that ever happened to him and his greatest love in life.
He is survived by his daughter, Ava Brawley, Cashion, OK; his girlfriend of four years, Brandie Platte, of their home in Edmond, OK, and her 3 children, Karli, Madison and Hunter Platte, whom he loved as his own; grandmother (Nam Nam) Pat Conner, Keyes, OK; parents, Nathaniel “Nat” and Daureen Brawley, Keyes, OK; one brother, Chris Wood and wife, Amber, Buffalo, OK; two nephews, Tanner and Caden Wood; two nieces, Makynna and Kristyn Wood; one great-niece, Baylee Wood; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Great Grandmother (Gammy) Bonnie Hoxie, Grandfather (Grandad) Kenneth Conner, and Grandmother Glenda Hicks.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018, at 2:00pm at the Keyes United Methodist Church in Keyes, OK. Interment will follow at Willowbar Cemetery in Keyes, OK.
