Brad lived in Edmond, OK where he also passed away. We are sure when arrived in Heaven that he was giving hugs to his Mother, Barbara Lou Jones Nicar, his father, Jerry Eugene Nicar, and his younger brother, George Eric Nicar. Survivors are his son Ridge Nicar, age 16, and his daughter Fallon Nicar, age 14, and their mother Amy Burke, his cousin Lygia McMillian and her husband, his best friends Gary Parsons, Tonia and her daughter Brooklyn.
Brad graduated from Bartlett High School in Memphis, TN in 1989. He then graduated with a B.A. from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO in 1996. Brad has two children that were his life. He loved laughing with them, taking them to movies, and eating pizza with them. Watching Ridge’s football games was a highlight for Brad. He loved it when Fallon sewed him something special such as repairing his favorite quilt.
Brad was the ultimate Dallas Cowboys fan from a young age. People who know him can hear him saying “How ‘bout ‘dem Cowboys!” Brad was a big fan of 80s rock music. He was proud his children liked that music too. Brad is known for his belly laugh that makes you smile. Anyone who knows him can hear that belly laugh right now in their head. Brad also had a beautiful booming singing voice.
