Billy D. Bunn
1940-2021
Billy D. Bunn, 80 of Edmond, Oklahoma was born July 2, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to William Clarence and Juanita Marie (Armstrong) Bunn. Billy grew up in Slick, Oklahoma and graduated from Slick Highschool.
Billy served his country in the U.S. Army. He married Judith Clymer on December 21, 1958 in Depue, Oklahoma. Billy was a truck driver in the oil field industry. Billy and Judith were members at Edmond First Church of the Nazarene for many years. Some of Billy’s hobbies included, fishing, hunting and playing softball as well as many others.
He passed away on June 22, 2021 in Oklahoma City. His survivors include his wife Judith of the home, Daughter, Shelly Bunn of Edmond, Son, Johnny Bunn of Edmond, his Daughter, Shelli Bunn, Grandchildren, Jeremy Lobaugh, Brittney Bonilla, Ashley Malinowsky, Patrick Hardesty and Great grandchildren, Ryan Lobaugh, McKenzie Malinowsky and Mckayla Malinowsky and Justis Law.
Billy is preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan Bunn, and his parents and one brother, Gene.
Services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday June 26, 2021 at Waterloo Road Church of the Nazarene with interment to follow at Arcadia IOOF Cemetery. Public visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday at Matthews Funeral Home.
Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral home, Edmond.
So sorry for your loss. Have good memories of Billy and Judy when our kids were small. In my thoughts and prayers.
