Billie Bernardine “Bernie” Ryland was born July 14, 1951 in Edmond, OK to Bernard and Billie Lake. She attended Edmond Memorial High School. She was active in the local Rodeo community for many years. She worked many years for Albertsons as a meat/deli supervisor. She had a love for horses, pets, friends, and most importantly family. Bernie received excellent and loving care from her dedicated team at OU Stephenson Cancer Center. Bernie is survived by her husband Tom Ryland, her daughters, Twylah Fox and Angela Fletcher, many grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is also survived by her mother, sister, and many nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Stephenson Cancer Center. A memorial service will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 15 at 10:00 A.M.
