Anne Eunice White
March 29, 1939 – October 18, 2021
Anne Eunice White was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She passed from this life unexpectedly on October 18, 2021 at the age of 82. She was born to Alfred and Mary Drew on March 29, 1939.
While working at Methodist Hospital, she met her husband, William W. White, Jr. To this union four children were born: Kevin, Craig, Lisa, and Jason. Anne loved spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking. She enjoyed making everyone’s favorite dessert. Her most favorite time of the year was the holidays where she would cook big dinners and multiple desserts. When she was not in the kitchen baking, she was crocheting afghans for family and friends. After working in the home for an extended period of time, Anne decided to work outside the home again. She went into retail sales. Her quiet demeanor enabled her to be top in sales among in store salespersons and across store locations.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, William W. White, Jr.; son, Kevin Christian White; parents, Alfred and Mary Drew; sisters, JoAnn Harris, Linda Drew Chinweze, and Mary Jean Nash; and brothers, Edward Drew and Melvin Drew. Left to celebrate her life are her children, Craig White of OKC, Lisa White of Edmond, and Jason White of Edmond; granddaughter Kristina “Nikki” Kirkpatrick and husband Ryan of Edmond; great grandchildren, Samantha and Jadon Kirkpatrick of Edmond; sister, LaVaine Young of Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Public visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2:00-6:00 at Matthews Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel, Edmond, OK with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
