Ann Marie Allen
1934 – 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Ann Allen, who left us on May 7th, 2024, at the age of 89. She was an integral member of our family and community, and her presence will be sorely missed.
Ann was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her infectious laughter, warm smile, and compassionate nature.
Known to most as Mimi or Aunt Ann, she grew up in a large Mexican Catholic family. She was a gentle nurturer to all who knew her. Though she was modest, she was unabashedly witty.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband Joe L. Allen on January 6th, 2024. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank Villa and Margaret Castaneda-Villa, her sisters Margy Weyandt and Norma Davis, as well as her sister-in-law Linda Villa.
She leaves behind 2 daughters Debbie Miller, and Nancy Allen; 3 grandchildren Jennifer Sharon, Derrick Miller, and Raphael White; 7 great grandchildren Kurt, Autumn, Carson, Ashlynn Sharon, Wren and Remington White, and Bronwyn Miller. As well as a plethora of other relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She will be remembered for her love of shopping, baseball games, and going to mass.
