  1. We will miss Jack stopping by our office to visit and play with the dogs. We were all happy to see him when he would drop by. He was such a kind man and we will miss him.

  2. Jack was my uncle. He was a kind and patient man who was always generous with his time. Possessing a diverse and seemingly endless amount of knowledge, he taught me about all things mechanical…from trucks to lawn mowers. He was always there to offer help when friends or family needed his assistance, and without fail, he was able to solve most any problem that came up. He loved to go fishing and made it a priority to take the kids with him to the lake when possible. He loved animals and was always kind and sympathetic to them. He was a loyal and protective person with a great sense of humor…whether out on the lake or working in his shop, he was a joy to be around.

    He will be missed.

SGM Jackie Smith was a good, decent, dependable, hard-working soldier- a role-model for younger soldiers to model after. Loved talking and learning from him. His legacy lives on in those of us from the OKARNG. Bless you all

Dear Uncle Jack, There were so many great memories growing up. You taught me how to build my first engine, paint a car, change brakes and fix anything that required a wrench. You were always there to lend a hand and give advice to anyone that needed it or just have a great conversation about fishing and life. Your faith and loyalty to family, friends and co-workers was seen by everyone. Your honest soul will be missed by us all..
    Your Nephew,
    Devin
