Barbara – our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You were so helpful to us when we moved to Oklahoma in 1999 & found our dream home on Lillehammer in Belle Pointe.

  3. Dear Barbara,
I remember meeting you and Dan in the mid 90’s in a RE/MAX meeting when I was just getting in the business. Dan shook my hand, looked me right into my eye’s with that infectious smile of his and welcomed me to the business. After a short conversation Dan said, “Well if I can ever help just let me know”. That was the true Dan.
I remember a few years ago when Dan and I went to a Thunder game together and we had so much fun that night.
It was my honor and pleasure working with Dan as his broker for the last 7 years of his life. The relationship and trust we had in each other is not something that can be bought but only earned. He will not be forgotten.
My heart, love and prayers goes out to you and your family.

    God Bless!

    Dan “The Man” Cunningham!
I so loved to close for Dan and Barb, it was always a fun deal. You always represented your Builders, Buyers, and Sellers in such a way that an outsider would think they were all friends. Dan and Barb always entered my office with such warm smiles, hugs and handshakes that it was a pleasure to see them coming. Dan’s persona and joyous presence will be sorely missed here, but oh so welcome on the other side of our journey. I know Jesus welcomed Dan with open arms. Barb, my heartfelt prayers are offered to you and your Family for comfort and the assurance that Dan is home with our Heavenly Father.

  6. Barbara,
Was there ever a nicer man than Dan? Your family was very lucky to have a life with him. My heart aches for you because you’ve lost your partner. We’ve all lost a wonderful friend.

Barb, So many people will miss that great spirit we always found in Dan. He was truly a person that the glass was always “half full”. It was always such a joy when I ran into the two of you and got a chance to visit. What a blessing he has been to so many and our prayers will be with you and your family as you remember all the good memories in your life. Gary and Deb

  8. I remember so many good times (& a few where I wanted to throttle them!) with you guys & Bob Ray “back in the day”. Dan friended me on Facebook about a year ago & we reminisced a bit then. Wish we had kept in touch more over the years. My thoughts & prayers are with you & yours, especially at this time of the year. Julie Hall

  9. My deepest condolence to you, Barb. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Dan was a great man. He will be missed by all.

Barbara, Ann and I were so shocked to hear about Dan. We are so sorry we could never get together. Gosh, have known you guys a long time! Dan was such a great person and always enjoyed seeing you guys out and about. If I can do anything for you, don’t hesitate calling on me. Of course, have been praying for you and your family.

Dear Barbara, I always think of Dan in the Oil Field Tense even though we were in Real Estate also. He was a dedicated hard worker. I admired his perseverance. He was very reliable and a pleasure to work with. He was a good oil field friend and part of a vanishing breed. SEE YOU LATER DAN … just not yet. Ray Rutledge

  12. Barbara,
I am so sorry to hear of Dan’s death. My prayers for you and your family.
    Love, Lodi
