Matthews Funeral Home  opened in the spring of 2000. We started our business after it became apparent that Edmond, Oklahoma needed to have a locally owned and operated funeral home. A funeral home with interests rooted in our community.

Our Staff has the most experience serving the families of Edmond than any other funeral home staff. We are dedicated to the community and it is evident by our community involvement. We volunteer and are members of a variety of charitable, community and civic groups. We believe that we have an obligation, not only financially, but personally, to give back to our community.

How We Meet Your Needs

Our staff is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We don't use an answering service. When you call Matthews Funeral Home you will be talking to a staff member. We believe that when a family calls upon us, we will personally respond to your call. We are the only funeral home in Edmond that does our own embalming. Other funeral homes choose to use an outside embalming service.
