Joy Faye Dailey Brown

Joy Faye Dailey Brown, formerly of Edmond, OK died Jan. 16, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on Dec. 25, 1933 at Centrahoma, OK to Charlie and Ruby (Sprouse) Dailey. She and Robert Brown were married on Sept. 7, 1955. He preceded her in death in 2007. Joy had worked at UCO in Edmond and DHS in Oklahoma City. She is survived by sisters Patsy Freudenrich and Doris Green and husband Walt. Son Glen Brown and grandson Nicholas Brown, nephews Darrell Freudenrich, Bill Freudenrich and Mark Green, niece Julia Moomau, numerous great nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a niece Kay Ellen Green, nephew Harrel Freudenrich, brother-in-law Bill Freudenrich, Sr. and her dear friend Shirla Porter. Services will be at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery. Services under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home Edmond, OK.
